What Is The #1 Cause of Bad Breath? – How to fix it!

What is the number-one cause of bad breath, and how do you keep it from wrecking your day? What’s up guys, this is Dr. of with your dental, DR hope. You get an awesome Tuesday. We did an innovative dental today we’re going to talk about we’re going to figure out.

What’s the number one cause of bad breath, halitosis stinky breath what’s causing that offensive odor coming from your grill right? What is it so? Let’s figure it out. Is it gonna be like you do not brush or floss? That’s, what’s call is causing if it is you know the foods you eat.

Is it the fact that your tongue has got a bunch of bacteria on it? Is it that you have some sort of medical condition? I mean there are all sorts of reasons why somebody might have bad breath we’re gonna get down to the bottom of that. So let’s do it today you might have had a co-worker. That’s actually, I think, wanna that Gary it’s been an awesome fan of the channel.

He left this question. I thought man, that’s a good one, I’m sure there’s a lot of people that are wondering hey. Do I have bad breath? How do I prevent it? I got somebody at work that has been breath.

Maybe I want to like to drop them a hint, somehow, that’s a really awkward one right now, the girls at the office. I’ve given them all permission that if I ever have bad breath. I said you better tell me, because I don’t want to have bad breath in front of a patient, so hopefully they never let that slide.

I don’t know they’ll, probably comment and say that yeah I have bad breath just a mess to me, but so what is causing it? It’s obviously some sort of bacteria rights and so there’s a number of ways that this can manifest itself.

Obviously, brushing important flossing is important. You need to do that matter of fact, if you’ve, if you’re not flossing right now, try this trust me try this and then comment below about it floss and then smell the floss just give it a give it a good once-over.

Tell me what you think about that floss, and I bet you’re gonna be flossing in the next few days and hopefully the rest of your life, because it’s gonna stain, because there’s plaque in between your teeth, and they’ve been sitting there for a while.

If you don’t floss and trust me, this plaque, the bacteria they don’t smell good, so flossing is important, brushing important drainage. I don’t know if anybody suffers from like seasonal allergies, but it causes the drainage matter of fact.

I got a little bit right now, so you get like some drainage, post, nasal drip, and you feel like that might be causing it. There actually are medical conditions that can cause bad breath, but the number one reason somebody would have bad breath 80 to 90% of people struggling with bad breath.

It’s because of this one thing, and it’s the bacteria that build up on our tongue. So, if you’re not brushing your tongue after you brush your teeth, you’re leaving a ton of bacteria on there that are gon na be offensive, cause alot of odor so bear it is rush, your tongue, it’s a big important thing. You can get a tongue scraper.

Obviously, I mean I just take the brush and go to town on that tongue and make sure that I get it fully cleaned up. So, I don’t want it. You know how’s it looking right now.

Ah, pretty good, hopefully, but you know I do like you know things like coffee. That also can cause bad breath and garlic and onions those type of things as well, but believe it or not.

Those aren’t nearly as problematic for the daily issues of bad breath that you might have, or a co-worker coworker might have a friend or family member.

Maybe you just need to show some loves drop them to him, hey man, why don’t you start brushing your tongue, so that might be the tip. Hopefully, this was helpful. I hope you know this if this helps anybody avoid the embarrassment of how breath matter.

Of fact, there is a ton of studies that support that bad breath is up at like the top of the list of things that people notice and are offensive.

So, it’s one of those things you want to make sure you address knowingly needs bad breath. I mean another thing I might as well mention I’m a dentist, and we fix teeth and poorly fitting restorations tooth decay.

What Causes Foul Breath, and How Can I Avoid It?

It is humiliating to have foul breath, medical name bad breath, however it can also be an indication of issues that your dental practitioner should check out.
